Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is IVECO Sydney, located at Cnr Penelope Cres & McCormack St, Arndell Park NSW 2148 ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of IVECO Sydney, their immediate families, and any agencies directly connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
• The competition opens on Monday, 2 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM 30 September 2025.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
• Participants must book and complete a service for their IVECO truck or van at IVECO Sydney, or;
• Participants must spend $250 in IVECO parts. Multiple entries are permitted per $250.
• Participants who purchase IVECO Oil (20L+) will be eligible for one (1) entry.
• Participants who purchase All-Makes IVECO parts will be eligible for one (1) entry (any value).
5. Prize
• The prize consists of a monthly giveaway of a Webber BBQ, TV, Flight Centre gift card and Bunnings gift card.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected by barrel draw from all valid entries received by the last working day of each month.
• The draw will take place on the last working day of each month.
• The winner will be notified via phone and email within two (2) days of the draw.
7. Claiming the Prize
• The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.
• If the prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
• By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes related to this competition without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection
• Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ivecosydney.com.au/privacy-policy.
10. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This competition is governed by the laws of NSW, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
